Children Download More Video Than Adults

Children downloaded more video in April than adults, according to Nielsen Online's VideoCensus.

Kids aged 2-11 downloaded an average of 51 streams and 118 minutes. Children and teens from 12 to 17 downloaded 74 streams and 132 minutes. Adults averaged 44 streams and 99 minutes, the report says.

Young children showed the most interest in TV brands such as Disney.com. Among video Web sites, YouTube reached nearly 9 million teens while MySpace came in second place at 5 million teens.
